Independence Community College has named Lachlan Amore as the March Student of the Month in recognition of his leadership, positive attitude, and dedication in the classroom.
Amore was nominated by a faculty member who noted his consistent effort and the example he sets for his peers. According to the nomination, Amore demonstrates strong character and motivation while contributing to a supportive classroom environment.
“Lachlan is a polite young man who leads by example,” his nominator said. “He always has a positive attitude, brings 100% in the classroom, and is a great motivator.”
Faculty members say Amore’s work ethic and willingness to encourage others help create a positive learning atmosphere for fellow students.
